Shipping, Payment, return&exchange, order cancellation
Shipping:
We use fast shipping way to ship all the items. We ship around all over the world.
1, Standard shipping:
To all USA: you will well receive the package in 4-5 days after sending out. .
To all countries of Europe: you will well receive the package in 5-6days after sending out.
To all other countries: you will well receive the package in 5-6 days after sending out.

2, Super expedited shipping:
If you want expedited fast shipping in 2-3 days after sending out, then you can buy below rush list together with your item, so that we will use the expedited fast shipping to send and you will receive the package in 2-3 days after sending out. Below rush fee is for the whole order instead of for each item, that means no matter your order with one item or 10 items or above, then you just add 1 of below rush fee which will be ok instead of add for each item. thank you!

3, For all fabric/color swatches, we will use the fast shipping to send and you will receive it in 2-3 days after sending out. Thank you!

Payment:


Currently, we accept buyers to pay through paypal, but paypal will accept buyers to pay by all credit cards, debit cards and so on. That means as a buyer you buy any item from edaydressbridal site, you can make the payment by your credit cards, debit cards or your paypal account deposit etc as well as pay in any currency, but by cards, any of your information of your cards will NOT be seen by the seller which can make you more safer! In addition to paying by paypal or cards, we also accepty pay by Western Union or bank transfer!

All over Edaydressbridal site, US dollar will be the standard currency for payment, if any discrepancy, US DOLLAR will be taken as final and correct. If you make payment through Paypal in your country currency, but paypal may exchange it into US Dollar, so all the currency exchange rate will be Paypal exchange rate as correct and as a standard.

For a return, all the shipping cost for forth and back will be at buyer's account. for example if paid for your order previously: us$33.9 (dress) + us$23(shipping cost). so this us$23 will not be refunded, because it was already charged by the shipping company. thank you!

Buyer must contact us within 5 days after receipt of the dress and we will provide you the address for receiving the returned dress and buyer must send out the dress within 3 days after our confirmation and our address provided. Please kindly advise me the tracking No. after sending out the retuning dress. thank you!

Attention: pleae kindly mark the dress as a gift and the value less than us$8 on the package. thank you! otherwise, buyer's will need to responsible for any tax cuased by this point. thank you!

Please kindly do send by DHL, or Tnt, or Fedex. or EMS, or USP only, other shipping way will not reach to us. please kindly note.

The dress can not be worn unless tried it on. and can not be danamge or dirty. and all the tags need to be in the good conditions as that when you received. otherwise, will not accept a refund.

After receiving the returned dress, we will check it if no problem, we will refund the dress cost to you!

Exchange:
For exchanging a dress, buyer will need to return the dress to our below address with shipping cost at buyer's account. but we will send new dress with shipping cost at our own account. thank you!

Order cancellation:

1, If you want to correct something for your order, then you do not need to cancel the order, but just advise us by sending us a message to advise the changes, so that we will mark the change on your order and do the change accordingly when making the item/items. That will be ok. thank you!

2, If for some reasons and you do not need the items and want to cancellation, then please kindly follow below:
**, unpaid order: could be cancelled within 2-3 days.
**, paid less than 3 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned,
**, paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned.
**, the item/items have been sent, then can’t cancel the order and can not return the payment to you. Then it will be apply to return policy! Thank you!
